How to ask
Email henkjandekrijger@gmail.com with the email address you paid with and one line about what did not work. That is the whole procedure. No form, no phone call, no screenshots.
The one sentence is not a hurdle and there is no wrong answer — “not what I expected” is enough. We ask because it is the only way we find out what to fix in the next edition, and every refund reason so far has changed something on this page.
What happens next
We reply the same day in almost all cases. The refund goes back to the payment method you used and shows up within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. It is refunded in full, including any tax you paid.

Why this is more than the law requires

If that sounds like it could be abused: it could. It happens rarely enough that the trust is worth more than the losses.
What we cannot do
